At Kasra Paperworks, quality control is not just a stage of the production process, but a fundamental principle in all our activities. The quality control unit, using precise laboratory equipment and a team of experts, continuously monitors the various stages of production to ensure that the final products comply with international standards and customer needs.
Control of raw materials
Before any raw materials, such as paper and cardboard waste, enter the production cycle, sampling and initial inspection are carried out by the quality control team to ensure its health, processability, and suitability for the type of product being produced.
Continuous monitoring during production
In all parts of the production line, from pulping to drying and cutting, quality indicators such as thickness, tensile strength, surface uniformity, moisture absorption, and color are periodically tested.
Specialized tests
The manufactured products undergo standard tests for final physical, chemical and functional approval. These tests include resistance testing, moisture content, pH, printability and other specialized indicators.
Discrepancy management and process improvement
If any discrepancy or deviation from quality standards is observed, the process is immediately stopped and, after analyzing the causes, corrective measures are taken by the technical and quality control teams.
